I feel compelled to write a little ‘big-up’ article in praise of wetransfer.
Firstly, they provide an excellent service. As a designer most of my output is digital and some files (especially animations and documents for print) can be really very large. Wetransfer let’s you send large documents to any recipient by effectively uploading them to their website. The recipient just gets a little weblink to click on and hey presto, no more pesky attachment limits, that massive, and of course beautifully crafted, document is all theirs.
Secondly on the page where you upload your digital gold there is always an arresting image in the background- these are in fact adverts but it’s easy to feel like it’s more of a showcase for artists and photographers. This photo from Bernhard Lang particularly caught my attention. Very awesome.
