This was a fantastic project to extend and divide a much loved family home into two homes. The owners plan to move in to the new extension which connects directly to the garden. The new build extends out into the garden and is entered at the level of the front drive, stepping up to the master sweet with terrace or down to the open plan living area. The entrance hall forms a link with the existing building which is reconfigured to contain a guest bedroom with en-suite and second reception room.
