Last week I read an article in BK magazine about street art in the Bang Rak area of Bangkok. The art is part of the Bukruk Arts Festival which include not only street art but also art exhibitions, artist talks, animation night and three stages music open-air festival, visual happenings, mapping projections and workshops.

It seems I was not the only one to read the article as there were many people walking about the area with cameras and camera phones on a unusually cool Sunday in Bangkok. The work was vibrant and varied and I really enjoyed that many people were out together sharing it. Full set of photos available here.

Wish I’d be there! I really like the artist that paints the people with the large eyes, I’ve seen them in Chiang Mai too.
